Quality of Manufacturing :

• Core is cleaned with chemicals to obtain absolutely clean surface. This helps in getting good bond between the covering and the core.
• Old covering is removed without damaging the metal core.
• Core is checked for straightness, center trueness and correctness of the Journal end sizes and rectification carried out wherever necessary.
• Cured rollers are ground on Cylindrical grinding machine to obtain precision grinding as regards size, concentriacity and surface finish.
• Specially formulated bonding agents are applied to the core. The core is then built with covering of required shore hardness, and subsequently cured.
• Each roller is inspected thoroughly against order specifications.
